Track profile thickness
The problem caused by insufficient thickness is track deformation, installation difficulty, and some need to be readjusted:
Generally speaking, we require the thickness of the track to be above 2.0mm. Those less than 2 are basically thinner and have slightly poor rigidity:
In terms of material, they are basically made of aluminum, so be extra careful about bumps during transportation and check carefully after arrival;
Is the paint surface firm?
Track lamps are usually black tracks with painted surfaces, and if the black paint falls off, it will be very obvious.
The reason for this problem is that the paint is too thin. After the tape is pasted for a long time, it will fall off directly with the paint surface, which is very ugly; Generally speaking, if you choose lamps from several big brands, you will basically not encounter such problems;
Wire material
The core of the track is the wire, and its function is to power the sliding lamp head ：
When we choose, we need to consider two points. One is the material of the wire. The commonly used copper is the best. Some small brands will use copper-plated wires to impersonate copper, which will cause poor contact after a short time.
