The IP (INGRESS PROTECTION) protection level is drafted by the INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL COMMISSION (IEC). The luminaire is graded according to its dustproof and moisture-proof characteristics. The foreign objects referred to here contain tools, and human fingers should not touch the live part of the lamp to avoid electric shock. IP protection level is composed of two numbers, the first number indicates the lamp from the dust, to prevent the level of foreign object intrusion, the second number indicates the lamp moisture, waterproof intrusion sealing degree, the larger the Lou word indicates the higher the level of protection.
The first marks ：the definition of the digital protection level
0 :No protection No special protection for outside persons or objects
1 :Prevent the intrusion of solid objects greater than 50mm to prevent the human body (such as the palm) from accidentally touching the parts inside the lamp. Prevent the intrusion of foreign objects of larger size (diameter greater than 50mm).
2 :Prevent the intrusion of solid objects greater than 12mm to prevent human fingers from contacting the parts inside the lamp to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects of medium size (diameter of 12mm).
3 :Prevent the intrusion of solid objects greater than 2.5mm to prevent the diameter or thickness of tools, wires or similar small details of foreign objects to invade and contact the internal parts of the lamp.
4 :Prevent the intrusion of solid objects greater than 1.0mm Prevent the diameter or thickness of tools, wires or similar details of small foreign objects to invade and contact the internal parts of the lamp.
5 :Dust completely prevent foreign object intrusion, although it can not completely prevent dust from entering, but the amount of dust intrusion will not affect the normal work of the lamp.

The second indicates ：the definition of the digital protection level

1 :Prevent water intrusion into vertical drops of water (such as condensed water) will not cause harmful effects on the lamp.
2 :Tilt 15 degrees can still prevent water intrusion when the lamp is tilted from the vertical to 15 degrees, the water will not cause harmful effects on the lamp
3 :Prevent the water from invading the rain, or prevent the water sprayed in the direction of the vertical Angle less than 60 degrees from entering the lamp and causing damage.
4 :Prevent splashing water intrusion To prevent splashing water from all directions from entering the lamp and causing damage.
5 :Prevent the injection of water to prevent water from all directions from the nozzle into the lamp to cause damage.
