Common types of lamps
Basic lighting: chandeliers, ceiling lights, downlights
Local lighting: table lamps, floor lamps, light strips, lamp tubes, night lights
Ambient lighting: light strips, spotlights, light tubes
Note: In rooms or workplaces where you stay for a long time, the color temperature should not exceed 4000K! The color temperature difference in the whole house should be controlled within 1000K. If there are no obvious partitions, it is best to have a uniform color temperature, otherwise there may be a "disco" feeling. Regarding the color temperature selection, some people feel that the 3000K color temperature is very warm, but some people think it is too yellow. Everyone's acceptance of color temperature is different, so be sure to go to a physical store to experience it for yourself!
The color rendering index (Ra) has a full score of 100. The closer the color rendering index of the light is to 100, the higher the degree of color restoration. A low color rendering index will affect the eyes' judgment of the color of objects. Over time, it can easily cause various vision problems. The higher the color rendering index of the lamp, the higher the price. However, don't skimp on this!
