Understand These Little Things And You Won’t Have Any Doubts When Choosing Lights.

Among all kinds of "sea of lamps", what kind of modern art lamp should be chosen that is better for the eyes? China Quality Certification Center (CQC) is China's earliest, largest and authoritative certification body that has carried out quality certification work. It is responsible for certifying product safety, performance, environmental protection, organic products, etc. The scope of certification includes more than 100 kinds of products. CQC's professional certification provides consumers with a complete check in advance when purchasing. Therefore, regarding how to choose a good modern art lamp, CQC experts tell us that there are the following four criteria to measure.

1. Illumination and illumination uniformity : It can be simply understood as whether the light is bright enough. Reading and writing under dim light for a long time can easily lead to visual fatigue, and in severe cases, myopia; illumination uniformity refers to whether the illumination is uniform enough or not. my country's national standard GB/T 9473-2008 "Performance Requirements for Modern Art Lamps for Reading and Writing Work" sets out requirements for the illumination and illumination uniformity of modern art lamps. CQC's technical specifications stipulate two illumination levels based on the national standards. : Class A and Class AA. With the light source as the center, the measurement range has a radius of 30 cm and 50 cm respectively. Level A: The illumination should reach 150lx within 50cm from the core area of the light, and should reach at least 250lx within 30cm from the core area of the light; level AA is twice that of level A, and the illumination level is higher. If you need to work under modern art lights For longer periods of time, it is recommended to use modern art lamps with high illumination levels. When parents purchase modern art lamps, they can look for those with the CQC mark. In addition, when children use reading lights, it is not recommended to only turn on the modern art lamp, but to turn on other light sources in the room as backlight, so as not to cause obvious differences in light and darkness in the room.

2. Glare: refers to whether the light is dazzling or not, and is an important indicator for evaluating the performance of modern art lamps. As the light source itself, the higher the brightness, the more obvious the glare; the closer the light source is to the line of sight, the more obvious the glare.

3. Color rendering: Color rendering refers to the degree to which modern art lamps restore the color of objects. We are exposed to many different types of lighting sources every day, such as incandescent lamps, fluorescent lamps and LED lamps. It is not difficult to find that objects in different There will be a difference in color under fluorescent or LED lights. Color rendering index is an important indicator used to measure color rendering. This value ranges from 1 to 100. The larger the value, the better the restoration of the color of the object. When parents buy modern art lamps for their children, their color rendering index should generally be greater than 80. If you want to do something with high color requirements such as painting under the lamp, it is recommended that the color rendering index of the modern art lamp should be at least 90.

4. Blue light: After a large amount of basic research, the Illuminating Society has divided the blue light hazards of lighting products to the human eye into 4 levels: non-hazardous category (RG0 category), low-risk category (RG1 category), medium-risk category (RG2 category) and high-risk category (RG3 category). The level of blue light hazards is related to the distance between the light source and people. The further away from the human body, the less harmful it is. The CQC technical specifications require that the blue light hazard level of modern art lamps is non-hazardous, that is, those marked as RGO. This type of modern art lamps can protect children's eyes to a greater extent. Therefore, when parents purchase modern art lamps, Just try to choose ones with CQC certification and accreditation marks.
