First, look at the overall "power factor of the lamp" : low power factor, indicating that the use of driving power, circuit design is not good, will greatly reduce the service life of the lamp, low power factor, the use of a good lamp bead lamp life will not be long.

The power factor can be detected with the "power factor meter"! General export LED lamps power factor requirements of more than 0.85. The power factor is lower than 0.5, it should be said that unqualified products or garbage products, not only have a short life, but also the actual consumption of electricity is about twice higher than the nominal, that is to say, compared with ordinary energy-saving lamps, there is no electricity saving! So, this is why LED lamps need to be equipped with high-quality, high-efficiency driving power!

There is no "power factor meter" consumers, there is also a way to use the "ammeter" to detect two similar products with the same nominal power, the greater the current and the greater the current harmonics, indicating that the actual consumption of electricity is large, and the more power-saving! At the same time, the current is unstable, which is unfavorable to the life of the lamp bead and the life of the overall lamp!

Second, look at the "lamp heat dissipation conditions - material, structure" : LED lamp heat dissipation is also very important, the same power factor of the lamp and the same quality of the lamp beads, if the heat dissipation conditions are not good, the lamp beads work at high temperature, the light decay will be very large, the lamp life will be reduced.

At present, the use of heat dissipation materials are mainly copper, aluminum, PC, copper thermal conductivity is better than aluminum, aluminum thermal conductivity is better than PC, and now the integrated ceiling used in the flat lamp radiator material generally with aluminum, the best for the insert aluminum, car aluminum (aluminum profile, extruded aluminum) followed by the worst is cast aluminum, insert aluminum heat dissipation effect is the best!

 

Third, look at the "lamp bead quality" : the lamp bead quality depends on the chip quality and packaging technology.
