According to the National Group Standard Information Platform, the National Urban Industrial Products Trade Center Federation recently released the T/QGCML 4279-2024 "Household Oven Lighting Fixtures" group standard. The standard will be officially implemented on June 5 this year.
In terms of technology and testing, the standard has put forward requirements for the appearance, assembly, high temperature resistance, creepage distance and electrical clearance, grounding regulations, wiring terminals, external wiring and internal wiring, anti-electric shock protection, durability test and thermal test, life, dust and solid foreign matter and waterproof of household oven lighting fixtures.
Among them, in the assembly requirements, the standard mentions that the bulb should be able to be smoothly inserted and pulled out of the lamp holder, and the lamp will not loosen when vibration and temperature changes occur; the glass cap should be able to be completely screwed into the lamp cup and locked and tightened, and there should be no slipping; the mounting plate and the lamp cup, and the lamp cup and the ceramic should be tightly matched, and there should be no looseness after installation.
In addition, in terms of wiring, the standard also mentions that lamps should provide soft cables or cords for connecting to the power supply, which should be able to withstand the highest ambient temperature that may be encountered under normal use conditions without damage. The standard also requires that the life of the lamps be between 1500h and 2000h.
